Returns

Lot of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons resulting in each product being slightly different from the other. Therefore stones and their color may vary slightly. And our products go through quality control before shipping.

Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging and tags on).

 In order to qualify for exchange must notify us within 2 days of receipt of order via email at sales@rwminstyle.com

  • Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of the RWM Instyle QC team to decide whether the product is approved for return.
  • Product has to be returned within 7 days from the time of receipt of approval of exchange from our team. No exchange is allowed in other cases. We are not liable for any returns that we are not notified about within 2 business days of product receipt.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rwminstyle.com and you will receive an email from us informing you where to send the product.

    Cancellation (if applicable)
    We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at sales@rwminstyle.com with your order number and you will receive an email confirmation from us.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@rwminstyle.com.

    Shipping

    To return your product, you should email us for approval at: sales@rwmsintyle.com

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    No Refunds or Exchanges in following Incidences

    1. Incorrect address provided By buyer.
    2. Packages refused by recipient.
    3. After a failed delivery attempt by our respective courier agent
    4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition
    5. All products are handmade and use natural stones, so there may be some variation from the photographs
    6. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
    7. The customer needs to intimate us within 2 days of receipt of goods
    8. In case a Made to Order request is placed and the customer cancels the order subsequently, 50% of the product cost will be deducted and the balance will be refunded to the customer.
